Attend an open home or book a private inspection through our office.

Request the Form

Email or call us to receive the tenancy application form (PDF or Word).

Submit Documents

Return the completed form with photo ID, payslips, and references.

What you'll need

  • Photo identification (driver's licence or passport)
  • Two recent payslips
  • Proof of current address
  • Two personal references and one rental reference (if applicable)
  • Completed Sachs tenancy application form
